We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Sourcing Specialist to join VA Masters, a trusted partner in manufacturing, transport and logistics solutions. This contract position is remote-friendly and open to candidates across Cavite, Calabarzon and the wider Philippines who can work independently to identify top talent for our growing client base.
In this role, you will build and manage a robust talent pipeline, conduct initial screenings, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach, to locate qualified professionals. Your work will directly impact time-to-fill and quality of hire for critical roles in operations, warehousing, procurement, and logistics.
As a contract/temporary remote professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain meticulous records in our ATS/CRM, and report sourcing metrics to leadership. Responsibility
- Source and screen candidates for roles across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft engaging job postings, and design effective screening criteria.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy, compliant records, and timely progress updates.
- Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; summarize findings for the hiring team.
- Track sourcing metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and report insights to optimize strategies.
- Ensure a high level of candidate experience and professional communication throughout the process.
Qualification
- 1+ year of remote sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS/CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable bandwidth and a structured daily routine.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a customer-service orientation.
