Responsibility
- Design, execute, and oversee research projects aligned with program goals
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and reproducible workflows
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and interpret results
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate findings into publications
- Prepare figures and manuscripts; contribute to grant proposals
- Mentor junior researchers and manage trainee projects
- Ensure rigorous documentation and compliance with ethical standards
Qualification
- Masterβs or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Biology) or equivalent research experience
- Proficiency in Python and R; experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with ML techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and reproducible research workflows
- Excellent written and oral communication; track record of publications
- Experience with grant writing or funding proposals is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
