Join Private Advertiser as a Retail Account Associate onsite in Pasig City. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy working directly with clients in a fast-paced retail environment. No BPO experience is required, but you should have strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to work onsite to deliver exceptional service and drive sales at our retail locations.
As a Retail Account Associate, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections. You’ll collaborate with store teams and cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless shopping experience, accurate order processing, and effective account management. This is a hands-on role that combines customer care with sales support to help our customers achieve their goals while meeting business targets.

Responsibility
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to onsite shoppers and visitors.
- Identify customer needs, propose product solutions, and upsell where appropriate.
- Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and issue receipts while following store policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM with interactions and orders.
- Collaborate with sales and store teams to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Assist with product demonstrations, stock checks, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer questions and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy retail setting.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, POS terminals, and standard office software.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to retail schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
- No BPO experience required; prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Result-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
