Responsibility
- Deliver excellent and personalized customer service to all shoppers.
- Provide product expertise on lifestyle, home, and beauty merchandise, addressing customer queries confidently.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
- Maintain a visually attractive, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash and electronic payments.
- Assist in inventory management, stock taking, and replenishment duties.
- Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches as required.
- Uphold company brand standards and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
Qualification
- GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level or equivalent; higher qualifications advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, customer service, or sales roles preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered).
- Passion for lifestyle and/or beauty retail with strong product knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Strong team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales-driven mindset and ability to work towards performance targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
