Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations to every guest.
- Guide customers through frame fitting, lens options, coatings, and lifestyle-based styling.
- Maintain a clean, inviting in-store environment and visually appealing product displays.
- Process sales and returns accurately using the POS system; manage payments and receipts with integrity.
- Build in-depth knowledge of the Japanese eyewear brand and communicate its values and features effectively.
- Stay informed about promotions, loyalty programs, and aftercare services to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets while upholding brand standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or eyewear experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a benefit.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear with a keen eye for style and fit.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with POS systems; ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
