We are seeking a dedicated Retail Field Collection Specialist to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, collecting, and retrieving units from customers with overdue contracts. You will utilize negotiation and persuasive skills to ensure timely payments and maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibility
- Monitor and track units under overdue contracts
- Conduct collection activities on past due accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
- Retrieve units from customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
