Retail Sales Assistant (Lighting & Bathroom, Gross up to $3,500, 6 days)

Join Trust Recruit as a Retail Sales Assistant specializing in Lighting and Bathroom products. Based in West Region, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping customers transform their homes with the right lighting and bathroom solutions.

There is an immediate vacancy for a full-time, six-day-a-week role. The position offers a competitive salary up to SGD 3,500 per month and an attractive commission structure that rewards performance and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to learn about a broad range of home improvement products, work with customers to identify needs, and deliver tailored recommendations.

As a valued member of the store team, you will:

• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and after-sales support
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain attractive product displays and signage to drive conversions
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Manage stock, receive shipments, and ensure product availability
• Collaborate with teammates on promotions, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment
• Be proactive in achieving personal and store sales targets
