Join Trust Recruit as a Retail Sales Assistant specializing in Lighting and Bathroom products. Based in West Region, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping customers transform their homes with the right lighting and bathroom solutions.
There is an immediate vacancy for a full-time, six-day-a-week role. The position offers a competitive salary up to SGD 3,500 per month and an attractive commission structure that rewards performance and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to learn about a broad range of home improvement products, work with customers to identify needs, and deliver tailored recommendations.
As a valued member of the store team, you will:
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and after-sales support
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain attractive product displays and signage to drive conversions
- Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Manage stock, receive shipments, and ensure product availability
- Collaborate with teammates on promotions, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment
- Be proactive in achieving personal and store sales targets

Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a 6-day work week
- Basic product knowledge in lighting or bathroom fixtures, or willingness to learn
- Team player with reliability and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training is a plus
