Responsibility
- Provide expert styling advice to customers, focusing on suits, shirts, ties, and accessories for business, formal, and special occasions.
- Assist clients with selecting outfits and achieving the perfect fit, offering alterations recommendations and follow-ups as needed.
- Deliver outstanding in-store experiences by greeting customers, assessing needs, and driving sales through consultative selling.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising standards; ensure displays are attractive, organized, and representative of current promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system; handle returns, exchanges, and loyalty programs with professionalism.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized follow-ups, appointments, and tailoring recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events and trunk shows.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections to provide reliable guidance to customers.
Qualification
- Prior retail experience in fashion or luxury menswear is preferred; passion for menswear and formalwear is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong customer service mindset and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and promotional events.
- Attention to detail in fittings, measurements, garment care, and presentation.
- Basic numeracy for POS transactions, inventory checks, and upselling opportunities.
- Team player with a positive attitude, time-management skills, and reliability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
