Responsibility
- Deliver personalised, high level service to every guest, understanding needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, including visual merchandising and product displays.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands, materials, sizing, and care instructions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments securely.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up, loyalty programs, and aftercare.
- Collaborate with team and management to meet seasonal goals and participate in events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and health and safety standards.
Qualification
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to listen actively and provide tailored recommendations.
- Fluency in English; Malay or other languages is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a polished personal appearance.
