Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as a Retail Sales Associate in the Central Region of Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our stores, delivering exceptional customer service across beauty, apparel, and sports brands. This position offers a competitive base salary of SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,600 per month, plus attractive commissions based on sales performance.

Responsibility
- Greet customers and assess their needs across beauty, apparel, and sports categories, offering tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS, handle cash, and issue receipts and warranties as required.
- Maintain clean, visually appealing displays; merchandise shelves and prepare windows to attract shoppers.
- Upsell and meet or exceed personal sales targets; track progress and report results.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, follow up with customers, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to implement promotions, monitor stock levels, and communicate customer feedback.
Qualification
- Prior retail experience in beauty, fashion, or sporting goods is preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light stocking or merchandising tasks.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; adaptable to weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training provided for product lines and store policies.
