Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers across fashion, beauty, and optical segments with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive conversions and upsell where appropriate.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage tips for apparel, skincare, cosmetics, and eyewear.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS, handle cash/card payments, and ensure proper receipts and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and support store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; monitor performance and contribute to promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to share product knowledge, reduce shrinkage, and ensure smooth store operations during peak periods.
Qualification
- Prior retail experience in fashion, beauty, optical, or a strong customer service background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven sales and upselling abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfort with POS systems, cash handling, and basic numerical accuracy.
- Good knowledge of fashion, beauty trends, and eyewear products is a plus.
