OSIM Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Mid Valley City store. As a brand ambassador for OSIM, you will promote our premium wellness products and services, including massage chairs, skincare devices, and lifestyle wellness solutions. You will leverage your enthusiasm for health and well-being to educate customers, demonstrate features, and guide them through an effortless purchase journey. This role blends exceptional customer service with in-depth product knowledge, hands-on demonstrations, and thoughtful upselling to help customers find the perfect OSIM solution.

Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized customer service, greeting shoppers and identifying their needs.
- Demonstrate OSIM products (massage chairs, skincare devices, and wellness solutions) with clear, relatable benefits.
- Advise customers on features and lifestyle benefits, and upsell accessories where appropriate.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering a positive, memorable shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain attractive, compliant product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with teammates during promotions and campaigns, share feedback, and support store operations as needed.
Qualification
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin/Cantonese or other languages are a plus.
- Positive, energetic, and professional appearance with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to operate a POS system, perform basic math, and handle transactions accurately.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the store schedule.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn about products and promotions.
