Join Oevaali LLP as a Retail Sales Associate at Oevaali Art Shop and become a key member of our friendly retail team in Rochor, Central Region, Singapore. As a frontline ambassador, you will guide shoppers through curated art and lifestyle collections, answer questions, and provide thoughtful product recommendations. You will handle everyday sales transactions accurately, manage a cash register, and ensure receipts and exchanges are processed smoothly. You will also help maintain a tidy, safe, and visually appealing store environment by organizing product displays, restocking shelves, and supporting seasonal promotions.

Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS, handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage cash register operations and daily cash during shifts.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented store layouts to enhance shopping experiences.
- Restock and merchandise products while rotating stock to highlight new items.
- Assist with events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.
- Provide product knowledge, answer questions, and upsell where appropriate.
Qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude and a team player mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Basic numeracy and comfort using a POS system and handling cash.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
