Join Oriental Remedies Group as a Retail Sales Supervisor in Singapore. You will lead a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in our bustling store.
Your role is to coach and mentor sales associates, set daily targets, monitor key metrics, and ensure flawless store operations. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention, while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer care.
As a supervisor, you will work closely with the store manager to optimize staffing, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate wellness products, and ensure a friendly, inclusive shopping environment for all visitors. You will also partner with product teams to deliver training on herbal wellness offerings and stay current with industry trends to inform customer recommendations.

Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Coach, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage opening and closing routines, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
- Implement compelling visual merchandising and product presentation aligned with brand standards.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for the store manager.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
Qualification
- Minimum diploma or equivalent; relevant retail experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
