You will partner with the Store Manager to execute store operations that reflect Cotton On’s brand values, ensure excellent customer service, and maximize sales through smart staffing, stock availability, and compelling merchandising. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering sales associates, managing daily store routines, and upholding loss prevention and safety protocols. Responsibility
- Lead and coach the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Support Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Monitor visual merchandising and stock availability to ensure the floor is appealing and well stocked.
- Analyze sales metrics, adjust staffing, and optimize floor coverage to drive performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment with a focus on loss prevention.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management as needed.
- Assist with inventory control, receiving shipments, price changes, and stock replenishment while minimizing shrinkage.
Qualification
- 2+ years of retail supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings to support peak periods.
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills; experience with retail software is a plus.
- Diploma or equivalent preferred; a background in retail management or business is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment at Suntec City Mall and within the Central Region.
