Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding retirement and 401K insurance plans
- Assist clients in navigating and understanding their policies and options
- Process insurance claims and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
- Educate clients on retirement planning and investment opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retirement and insurance products is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
