Responsibility
- Deliver orders promptly to customers at designated addresses in Kuala Lumpur
- Plan efficient routes using navigation apps and manage time to ensure on-time delivery
- Verify order accuracy and ensure packaging integrity and quality
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks
- Provide courteous customer service and handle cashless payments as applicable
- Communicate delays or issues to the supervisor and maintain delivery logs
- Uphold McDonald's food safety and hygiene standards in all deliveries
Qualification
- Minimum 18 years old with valid right to work in Malaysia
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Good communication in English and Malay; basic numeracy and smartphone literacy
- Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur roads and navigation apps
- Physically fit to lift and carry small orders and operate outdoors
- Customer-focused mindset and a team player attitude
