We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RMA Staff to join our team at GameOne PH in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing returned items (RMA) on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Receive and inspect returned items
- Process RMA requests and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for resolution
- Update inventory records accordingly
- Maintain accurate RMA logs and reports
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in RMA or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
