Day-to-day responsibilities include designing data-driven strategies, configuring and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, and continuously testing creatives, audiences, and bidding approaches to improve ROAS. You’ll own tracking setup, implement robust attribution models, monitor budgets, forecast outcomes, and produce concise performance reports for stakeholders. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decision-making.

Responsibility
- Plan, implement, and optimize ROAS-focused campaigns for the China market across major digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic).
- Analyze campaign performance daily, identify uplift opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve return on ad spend.
- Set up and maintain tracking, attribution models, and dashboards; monitor budget pacing and forecast outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, and Local Market teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Perform competitor and market research to stay ahead of trends in the China digital advertising landscape.
- Prepare clear performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable plans.
- Test and optimize audience segments, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and ROAS.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines; manage risk and maintain campaign quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ROAS optimization and paid media management, ideally in e-commerce or tech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with the China market advertising landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, contract-based environment from Kuala Lumpur; collaboration with international teams.
