Responsibility

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the sales team, including order processing from receipt to fulfillment.

  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and assist with contract administration as needed.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the team and management.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service.
  • Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to draft professional emails and respond to customers.
