In this full-time Sales Assistant role, you will be the front line for customer inquiries and internal sales support. Responsibility

  • Provide frontline support to customers and the internal sales team via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process orders, generate quotes, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery of components.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and fulfillment schedules.
  • Update and maintain CRM records, manage customer accounts, and produce regular sales reports.
  • Support promotions, price changes, and marketing campaigns as needed to drive sales.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with contract manufacturers and distributors.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts while upholding service excellence.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role; electronics industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; basic ERP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
