Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Support with stock receiving, inventory counts, and store housekeeping.
- Stay up-to-date on Clarks’ product ranges, features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualification
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Team player with a commitment to excellent customer service.
