Responsibility
- Greet customers and assess their financing needs, delivering clear, compliant information about Home Credit Indonesia products and payment terms.
- Explain features and benefits of financing options, including installment plans, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Process customer applications accurately using POS and digital tools, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
- Meet or exceed individual and outlet sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Build trust with customers and partner outlet staff, delivering outstanding service and timely follow-up.
- Maintain store presentation, product knowledge, and up-to-date marketing materials at the point-of-sale.
- Handle cash and payments accurately, reconcile transactions, and support loss prevention practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and facilitate smooth disbursement of funds.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is an advantage.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with teams.
- Comfort with cash handling, POS systems, and basic math.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends as required.
- High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
