Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional service to discerning clients, greeting them warmly, identifying needs, and guiding decisions with discretion.
- Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and deliver tailored recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Maintain pristine store presentation, manage visual merchandising, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Execute smooth sales transactions using POS systems, record client interactions, and follow up after purchases.
- Build lasting relationships with high net worth clients and coordinate personalized after sales care.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets, participate in product knowledge sessions, and contribute to a high performance culture.
Qualification
- Prior retail experience, luxury or high end wellness preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to translate features into client benefits.
- Part time availability including weekends and evenings.
- Comfort handling elite clientele with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency with POS and basic CRM tools; computer literate.
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
