Join PT. Toprecision Fastening Indonesia as a Sales Engineer and drive strategic growth in the bolt and nut manufacturing sector. In this role, you will combine field-based selling with technical expertise to help customers select the right fastening solutions for their applications. You will develop new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and partner with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure successful implementation of our products.
Based in Kabupaten Bekasi, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a robust pipeline, and represent our high-quality bolts, nuts, and fastening systems to manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs. You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare tailored proposals, and communicate clear value propositions focusing on performance, cost of ownership, lead time, and after-sales service. You will monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and translate customer needs into engineered solutions that meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements. We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 9,000,000 to 13,000,000 per month, with room to grow based on performance. As part of the role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage forecasting and pipeline data, and participate in trade shows and customer visits to drive brand awareness and demand. You will maintain accurate CRM records, provide after-sales support, and uphold the company’s standards for quality and safety.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business for bolt and nut products across the assigned region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular activity and forecasting to meet quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to design customized fastening solutions that meet customer specifications and performance criteria.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and create value propositions that highlight total cost of ownership, reliability, and quality.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing to adjust strategies and messaging.
- Provide excellent post-sale support, nurture customer relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical background preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, industrial fasteners, or a related sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of bolt and nut specifications, materials, coatings, and standards.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in Indonesian; business proficiency in English preferred; willingness to travel within the region.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
