Responsibility

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical value propositions to physicians, procurement teams, and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and drive demand for new devices.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Ensure compliant and accurate documentation for all sales activities and post-sale service coordination.
  • Report market insights, competitive activities, and customer feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure timely deployment and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis to track pipeline and forecast.
