We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter Leader to join Dwi Cermat Indonesia in Semarang. This full-time role is designed for a driven sales professional who can lead field teams, execute strategic promotions, and drive strong results in a competitive retail landscape. You will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, expanding our merchant network, and ensuring flawless program execution across an extensive network of supermarkets, convenience stores, and independent retailers. The ideal candidate combines people leadership with hands-on field experience and data-driven decision making.

As a team leader, you will recruit, train, and coach a group of promoters, set clear performance targets, monitor daily activities, and provide timely feedback. You will cultivate long-term relationships with store PICs and key channel partners, ensuring excellent service and a positive brand experience at every touchpoint. You will schedule coverage, optimize routes, and mentor your team to deliver consistent execution with high integrity and compliance.

Working closely with marketing and merchandising, you will translate national campaigns into local actions, manage in-store promotions, planograms, and POS materials, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. You will conduct daily merchant visits, collect insights, and relay feedback to stakeholders to optimize execution. Your proactive communication will help identify market opportunities and promptly address issues that impact sales.

You will analyze territory performance using simple sales dashboards, track KPIs, forecast demand, and adjust routes and coverage to maximize sales while controlling costs. Qualification

  • 2+ years in field sales, promotions, or retail with leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate simple sales reports, and use mobile CRM or sales tools.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Semarang area and access to reliable transportation.
