Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy for forklift products in Semarang and nearby regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with warehouses, manufacturers, and logistics operators.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and trials to showcase forklift capabilities and safety features.
  • Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and channel partners; provide ongoing after-sales support and service coordination.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align promotions, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, update CRM records, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or forklifts, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid knowledge of forklift specifications, safety standards, maintenance, and operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English; able to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Semarang and surrounding areas as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
