Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in Lombok.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Provide knowledgeable product consultations and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Negotiate deals and handle the sales process from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Promote the company's brand and uphold our reputation for quality and service.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, retail, or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Lombok market and local construction/retail networks is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.).
- Willingness to travel within the Lombok area as needed.
