Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients in the Pekanbaru region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting NIRO ceramic products and solutions.
- Identify market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and manage accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and fulfill customer requirements promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, ceramics, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Pekanbaru region as required.
