You will also play a part in stock control, order fulfillment, and accurate cash handling to ensure a smooth checkout experience for every guest.

Responsibility
- Drive consistent sales growth by engaging customers, understanding needs, and presenting suitable auto parts and accessories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on compatibility, installation, and usage
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays, signage, and store cleanliness
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash handling with integrity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving shipments, and support inventory control
- Capture customer feedback and report trends to improve assortment and service
Qualification
- Proven sales experience in automotive parts or a related retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer oriented approach
- Knowledge of motorcycle or automotive components and accessories
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
- Fluent in Malay and English, with basic math and cash handling skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and brands
- Prior POS and inventory management experience is a plus
