Responsibility
- Assist with daily sales and marketing activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
- Log customer interactions and leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and content coordination for digital and offline channels.
- Support events, promotions, and outreach efforts in the local area, including preparation and follow-up.
- Prepare simple performance reports and gather feedback to continuously improve campaigns.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; open to final-year students.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or marketing software is a plus.
