Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base in Serkam, Melaka and surrounding areas.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and onboarding customers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities, social media, email marketing, and events to raise brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, monitor sales pipelines, and provide timely forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools (SEO basics, social media ads).
- Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Melaka region as needed.
