Responsibility
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including proactive upselling and contract follow-ups.
- Oversee e-commerce operations such as catalog management, product listings, order processing, and performance optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, social media, email, PPC).
- Monitor trade compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate documentation and audits.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals and deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyze sales and marketing data; prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Support trade shows, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives to build brand visibility.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data and present clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with social media and content creation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
