Join Pickles Auctions, a leading auction platform in Malaysia, as a Sales Operations Executive on a 12-month contract. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and offers an engaging blend of operations, administration, and customer-facing coordination that keeps our sales cycles smooth and efficient for both buyers and sellers.

In this role, you will be the backbone of sales operations: maintaining accurate data in our CRM and listing systems, processing orders and invoices, and coordinating communications between buyers, sellers, and internal teams during busy auction periods. Your contributions will help shorten response times, improve data quality, and support our growth across multiple regional markets. You will also generate routine reports on performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding, listings, and post-auction settlement processes.

We offer a competitive monthly salary of RM 3,000 to RM 3,500, and a dynamic work environment that values initiative, accuracy, and teamwork. This is a contract position for 12 months with potential for extension or continuation based on performance. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate sales data in CRM and listing systems to support buyers and sellers.
  • Respond to inquiries from buyers and sellers, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key metrics such as lead response time, bid activity, and settlement timelines; prepare regular performance reports.
  • Assist with order processing, invoice generation, and coordination of payments and settlements.
  • Support onboarding and listing processes, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency during peak auction periods.
  • Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements to scale operations.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations, administrative support, or auction-related environments is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, data entry, and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; customer service oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks; strong team player.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is a plus.
