Join a dynamic retail team as a Sales - Order Taking in Banjarnegara, Central Java. This full-time field role focuses on building strong relationships with local stores, capturing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will be the face of our retail partner network, visiting assigned shops, recording orders accurately, and maintaining excellent communication with store staff and your supervisor.
As a key part of our sales operations, you will help drive daily sales performance by actively pursuing orders, upselling where appropriate, and ensuring products are displayed and stocked for maximum visibility. You will also provide routine reports on activities, order status, and market feedback to support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and customer-oriented, with a passion for helping stores succeed through reliable order management and proactive service.

Responsibility
- Visit assigned stores in Banjarnegara and neighboring areas to promote products and collect orders.
- Accurately record orders using the designated order entry system or POS, ensuring details like product, quantity, and price are correct.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers to encourage repeat business and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and merchandising, communicating needs to supervisors and ensuring optimal product visibility.
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets through proactive outreach and effective upselling within stores.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports, including feedback from customers and market insights.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve simple issues related to orders or products.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
- Experience in retail, field sales, or order taking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Banjarnegara and surrounding areas; valid driving license is a plus.
- Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable with mobile devices and simple order-entry tools.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English skills are a plus; customer-centric mindset.
