As a Sales Promoter, you will be on the front line of our store, greeting customers, answering questions about our fresh produce, and highlighting ongoing promotions. You will work closely with the store team to maintain attractive displays, ensure stock is replenished, and ensure accurate pricing and checkout at the point of sale. You will also help drive sales by upselling related items and providing excellent service that encourages repeat visits.

Responsibility
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote fresh produce and related products, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Maintain attractive product displays, signage, and stock levels; conduct regular shelf checks
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash with integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving basic issues
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotions and drive shopper loyalty
Qualification
- Prior experience in retail, especially in fresh produce or grocery, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; friendly and approachable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting light to moderate items
- Strong numerical skills and basic cash handling
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn product knowledge
