TechDynamics OPC is seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our retail team at Festival Mall in Muntinlupa City. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand, delivering engaging demonstrations and creating memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced mall environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and guiding customers through purchase decisions. You’ll maintain eye-catching, compliant displays, ensure pricing accuracy, and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts. You’ll process transactions accurately, handle cash and POS operations, and document customer preferences for future follow ups. You’ll also participate in mall promotions and campaigns to accelerate awareness and conversions while representing a trusted brand with integrity. Responsibility
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and promote key features to customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide accurate product information, answer questions, and handle objections with professionalism.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant product displays and merchandising at Festival Mall.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and POS operations.
- Collect customer data for follow-up and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with the store team and participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Qualification
- Previous experience as sales promoter, brand ambassador, or retail associate (6+ months).
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
- Outgoing, customer-focused, with a positive attitude and resilience.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS system familiarity.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation to Festival Mall location.
