Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales plans and tactics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for retail and consumer products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Yogyakarta.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, store visits, and in-store promotions to drive awareness and sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast demand, and track performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotions and campaigns that generate demand.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms with customers while protecting company margins.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or consumer goods, preferably in the Yogyakarta region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic data analysis; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Yogyakarta and frequently visit retailers and customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
