Travel within the Banyumas territory is a key part of this role. You will visit stores, gather orders, collect customer feedback, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to share market insights, contribute to pricing and promotional strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibility

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for the Banyumas territory by building a strong pipeline of retailers and distributors.
  • Promote Garudafood product lines, conduct product demonstrations, and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising, and stock management to maximize shelf presence and product visibility.
  • Visit assigned outlets regularly, process orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with logistics teams.
  • Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and report insights to the sales leadership for strategy adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM, prepare reports, and contribute to demand planning and assortment decisions.

Qualification

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive results in a field-based role.
  • Valid SIM C and own vehicle (motorcycle or car) with willingness to travel across the Banyumas territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales software for order processing and reporting.
  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
