Are you a motivated sales professional with a proven ability to close deals and lead a team? Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to join our growing business in Puchong Perdana, Selangor. In this role, you will mentor a frontline sales team across motor, car, and retail segments, drive revenue growth, and ensure superior customer experiences.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and coach reps on closing techniques, objection handling, and negotiation. You will build strong relationships with customers and key accounts, ensure proper pipeline management, and collaborate with marketing to implement effective campaigns and promotions. Your leadership will inspire accountability, integrity, and results across the team.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a high-performing sales team, assign territories, and set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Drive revenue growth by closing deals across motor, automotive, and retail segments.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Manage key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecast accurately, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and process improvements.
Qualification
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing a sales team and providing coaching and motivation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics; ability to prepare reports and forecasts.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive or retail sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
