Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise store sales teams to achieve revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans and promotions across stores, tracking performance with clear KPIs.
  • Coach and develop sales associates through regular training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, and in store displays to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional execution.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights for management; identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention measures across all locations.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in retail sales leadership or supervisory role, preferably in consumer goods or fast moving consumer goods.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action; proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Retail math and budgeting skills with attention to detail.
