Job description
We are looking for a Sales Support & Admin Officer to join our team at Tycoon Asia Pacific. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Admin Department.
Responsibility
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and requests
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Assist in organizing sales events and meetings
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales support or administration is a plus
