Join Concentrix as a Sales Support Specialist - BPO Voice/Back-Office in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for sales and service inquiries, helping to streamline processes, coordinate back-office tasks, and maintain accurate data in our CRM. Your day-to-day will blend front-line support with administrative back-office duties, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal teams alike. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues, process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure timely data updates. A customer-first mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibility
- Provide frontline sales and customer support via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate information and problem resolution.
- Process orders, generate quotes, and assist with billing inquiries to support a smooth sales cycle.
- Update CRM and ticketing systems with precise customer data and status updates for transparency and traceability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to resolve issues and fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Track response times, escalation paths, and customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team with supporting context.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities, performance metrics, and trends to support decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with internal processes, data security, and quality standards while handling confidential information.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or sales support is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication and professional presentation.
- Proficient in CRM systems (for example Salesforce or Zendesk) and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
