Responsibility

  • Provide frontline sales and customer support via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate information and problem resolution.
  • Process orders, generate quotes, and assist with billing inquiries to support a smooth sales cycle.
  • Update CRM and ticketing systems with precise customer data and status updates for transparency and traceability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to resolve issues and fulfill requests in a timely manner.
  • Track response times, escalation paths, and customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team with supporting context.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities, performance metrics, and trends to support decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes, data security, and quality standards while handling confidential information.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or sales support is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication and professional presentation.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (for example Salesforce or Zendesk) and MS Office suite.
