As a Salesman, you will represent our brand with integrity, conduct product demonstrations, and implement effective merchandising strategies to ensure optimal shelf presence. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and retailers within the Cebu region.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and account management.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and merchandising to ensure optimal shelf presence and product visibility.
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and report insights to the sales leadership for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute promotions, price changes, and merchandising plans.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports as required.
Qualification
- Previous experience in field sales or retail sales, preferably in consumer products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
- Customer-service oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous.
