The Global Payment team at ByteDance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sanctions Operations Lead to oversee our global payment operations. As a key player in the management of payment acquisitions, disbursements, and transactions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international sanctions regulations and maintaining the integrity of our payment processes.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in payment operations or financial compliance
- Proficiency in sanctions regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
