Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso and brewed beverages with accuracy and consistency
- Provide warm, personalized service to every guest and upsell menu items thoughtfully
- Operate the cash register and POS system, handling transactions and daily reconciliations
- Maintain clean stations, restock supplies, and ensure coffee shop safety and cleanliness
- Craft latte art and milk texturing to create visually compelling beverages
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Assist with opening and closing shifts, including setup and breakdown of the bar
Qualification
- 1-3 years of barista experience preferred
- Proficient in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cash handling and POS experience
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
