Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso based beverages to standard recipes with consistency
- Engage with customers to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstation
- Operate POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash with accuracy
- Monitor and restock supplies; support inventory management
- Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and smooth shifts
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in specialty coffee
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced cafe environment
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food handler or barista certification preferred
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
