Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events for executives, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, agendas, and presentations
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Handle high-volume calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data privacy and compliance
- Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and distribute action items
- Assist with office operations and vendor management to improve efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support strategic initiatives
Qualification
- 2-4 years of secretarial or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and cloud-based tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience considered
