Responsibility
- Define research objectives and study designs for multi-disciplinary projects across domains.
- Lead data collection, curation, quality assurance, and reproducibility practices across research sites.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and data visualization using R, Python, SQL, or MATLAB.
- Lead grant writing, funding proposals, and progress reporting for ongoing projects.
- Supervise and mentor graduate students, postdocs, and research staff, fostering a collaborative lab culture.
- Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at national and international conferences.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data governance, and institutional policies; manage timelines and deliverables.
Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., data science, psychology, biology, economics) or equivalent advanced research experience.
- 3+ years of research experience in an academic or research-intensive environment.
- Strong publication record and ability to translate complex results into accessible formats.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming (R, Python, SQL, MATLAB); experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with grant writing, project management, and budgeting for research projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines.
